"Canciones Morenas" is a song cycle based on poems by F. G. Lorca. The poems belong to Lorca's works " La suite de Los Espejos", "Noche, Suite para Piano y Voz Emocionada" and "Poema de la Solea". These poems have been cohered in a way expressing the distinctive atmosphere inherent in the Andalusian poet's tuneful poetry, its fragile, visionary, nocturnal and transient images.
